Refund policy

All of our pieces are made to order, we, unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds. Every return inquiry is attended to on a case-by-case basis. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Again, the sooner we hear from you, the more chance we have in rectifying any shipping damage. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo).
